Questions parents ask
What's free?
Every family starts free. Your children grow their first 5 creatures, with the planet, the Creature Book and the parent report. Choose a plan when you'd like more.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in Settings, under Billing, in two taps. Everything stays open until the end of the time you've paid for. Your children keep every creature they've grown.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can have a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason. Ask in Settings, under Billing, or write to support@xenly.co.uk. See our refund policy at /refunds.
What happens in June?
The Phonics Screening Check is in June. The Big Migration helps your child practise for it calmly. Xenly keeps going after it: the school-year pass runs to the end of August, and the next level is always waiting.
Is there a plan for schools and tuition centres?
Yes: one account for the whole group, with classes, tutors and a seat per child. Please write to support@xenly.co.uk and we'll set it up with you. More at /for-schools.
Where does my card go?
Straight to Stripe, our payment provider. Xenly never sees or stores your card details.
