Terms of use

These terms are between you and XenAI Limited, the UK company that makes Xenly. By creating an account you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and plain.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
• Children use Xenly with a grown-up. They never have their own login.

Using Xenly

• Xenly is for helping children practise reading at home or in a group.
• Please don’t try to break it, copy it or use it to harm anyone.
• Xenly supports your child’s phonics; it isn’t a formal assessment, and a Big Migration is practice, not the real Phonics Screening Check.

Price

Xenly is free while we get ready. Paid plans are coming; we’ll tell you the price before you pay anything, and you can always stay on the free plan.

Our work

Xenly, its creatures, its words and its designs belong to XenAI Limited. Your family’s information belongs to you: see our privacy notice.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Xenly running and safe, but we can’t promise it will never be unavailable. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under UK law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you why.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we’ll tell you by email first. The law of England and Wales applies. Questions: support@xenly.co.uk.
